why are the accounts of some farms gone?

support resets inactive players after a certain period of time.

My alt got reset, it's been inactive for months

 

One of my alts got reset for being inactive 2-3 months. I thought it was supposed to be 6 months and over

 

I also thought by hitting players it makes them considered "active" in atas servers

C00 should have been considered active then, cause I hit em all day.

 

I don't think hitting someone makes them active or we would all be hitting our inactive tutors just to stop them being reset lol

 

I have heard that if a player has used real money for items such as the jet pack etc then an account isn't reset by the system but unsure how true that is.

 

That used to be the case, but terror-superboy- had a few rl money items and he's been reset too :/

 

Funny coz I just searched him and the accounts still there 

I don't know the details of how long it has to be inactive or if it had spent real money or not so I'll just leave it at that
