Okay so lets say you start fresh right. Someone hires you. Typically that person that hires you should teach you the ropes, right? So then why are they your pupils? Arent the pupils supposed to be the students, and the tutors the teachers? If you hire a tutor to help you with math, they're basically your teacher right? So why is it backwards on PIMD?
Trust me when I first joined I had this argument with so many people as it proper confused me. But I just came to accept the backwards ways
Well pupil hires a tut to improve their knowledge Idk if you have noticed or not tutors improve your TB hence make you stronger But if you compare how most of pupils reach tuts how to play game , it sounds bit stupid
Because of the purpose of a tutor. They help make you stronger. Imagine you go to school and you're doing jobs and what not and doing homework, trying to improve your grades. Who do you hire to help you improve? A tutor. If you've been hired as a tutor by some other kid in your grade, they're your pupil but not your tutor unless you hire them as a tutor. Then you're eachothers' pupils and tutors. The fact that more experienced players teach noobs to play doesn't make then a pupil or a tutor. That's part of the semi-real social contract rather than the fictional contracts that this game's core mechanics can create.
This is right. The stats of the tutors give their pupils a stat bonus. And I heard having tutors are especially helpful during wars. Tutors "tutor" their pupils by being active and upgrading. It's a part of the game that doesnt rely on the actual actions of each player. It's built into the game itself.
The whole "they make you stronger" thing I dont agree with. What does that have to do with college tho. If you get in a fight the people you're tutoring arent gonna jump in y'know. But the whole "your pupil is your pupil because they hired you to tutor them so therefor they "own" you makes perfect sense and I think answers the intention of the question.
