Ok so I just got out of war two hours ago...and thus is now stuck with 22 war tutors. 16 of them are all priced below 240 mill, 1 is 500 mill, and 5 are 2 bill. To receive volley help, all u have to do is advertise to have them sold, buy them yourself. However I require that u buy atleast 4 to receive volley help. Once 17 of my tutors are sold(pretty quickly I'm sure) then the ppl that actually contributed to having them sold will receive volley help from me. Don't worry I will have enough cash to help u guys(once all my tutors are sold I will have 22 BILL). So please if u want to make money, then help me get the money to help u out.
