Ata is a collected group, not a single person. In most situations, a single persons offspring from a group would not get any special privileges. However, could a player in a higher position have a real-world connection to Ata? Definitely. It may have helped them get there, but most likely not. Knowing them in the real world would cause them to act like a normal person. In general, acting like a normal person gets you very far in these types of games.
