I'm not referring to a dictionary meaning but to a pimd meaning. I just want to clarify because I'm 6mo into this game and the line is becoming blurred. Help?
Absolutely nothing significant tbh. The pup gets some sort of tutor bonus, and the tutor gets like 1M rip.
Pupils used to be mentors to their tutors. Teach them battle tactics, how to upgrade, etc. All that’s gone out the window since all you do on this game now is tap parties, but some of us can’t get over it. Hence tutor chat was where you could share war tactics and ask questions without having to do it in club chat.
^ that is only cultural. Not related to game mechanics. Mechanically a pupil receives a fraction of their tutors' base stats. Pretty sure this only influences their damage in battle calculations and hit range, and doesn't influence plunder. They also recieve a boost to plunder based on the cost of the tutor rather than their stats.
