1- get it through your head that no one can or will love you more than yourselves 2- think about yourself 3- do everything you didn't do while you were with that person because you were compromising 4- be with people who deserve you, and love you 5- be happy 6- don't go looking for a rebound plan 7- don't get drunk/high to forget 8- believe it will get better with time 9- repeat step one over and over again 10- repeat all the steps above over and over again
Numb... And non existing is not the same cookie... While your numb the pain is "sleeping" you'll eventually need to stop drinking... Might as well deal with it straight away so that you can put it behind your back as fast as possible hun
Hmm... There's an old quote I remember that works for this. "Be that a broken heart is the greatest of pain, the one thing that is greater and enough to heal such a pain, be a love greater then the love that broke it." In other words, for a love that is greater, a love to replace the love missing from your heart.

Tell yourself that you don't need anyone in your life to please you, please yourself.( and not in that way ) . Once you realize that all the stress is gone you just are happy. That's how it was for me anyways
