Linkin: I would take a wild guess based on your wall that you have indeed done something against ToU to get silenced.

Pear: It does not make any difference if you are on or not when it comes to silences. Wall posts, statuses and forums can be seen at any point of the day and are silenceable.

Well, for one, you called FIDELgarcia gay on his wall. That is a big no no.

Read the ToU before you say that you were "unfairly" silenced. From my perspective, your silence was fair. You broke the rules, now you'll pay the price.
