what do you so when you're frusrated/angry/Sad?

  1. How do YOU make yourself feel better when you're sad. There's a lot of work to do but you just cant do it cause you're just sad. How do u make yourself get the fuck up and finish your work.

  3. I imagine terrible things. and strangling the source of my madness, sometimes i punch brick walls or go running :(
     
  4. I sit my ass down, inhale some air. Then beat the crap out of that ****.
     
  5. Sleep. LOL when I'm angry by body goes into this huge overdrive, I get so worked up and pass out. Prob from a lack of oxygen.

  8. I smoke crack when i feel down. It gives me a sudden burst of energy :D
     
  9. I just punch everything any anything  Dont ask me why 
     
  10. I get in my "Joker persona"
    It's amazing :D
     
  11. I end up punching something or someone or rant to my friends about it. If it's a person who got me mad my friends find a way to get back at them. (They're like the girls from mean girls)

    So many phones of mine have passed on to mobile phone heaven.

  14. Cry. Scream. Think. Break something. Run while screaming. Play music loudly. Think. Cry again. Drink soda and eat candy  repeat process 
     
  15. Hmmm tbh sometimes i may vent to someone about things but mostly i end up stayin to myself and think about things while i play music and/or do art to relax.
     
  16. I usually just blast some sh¡tty emo screamo depresso espresso songs and punch things. It works, hurts like a b¡tch but works.
