So in america us black people are called african-american. What do u call the people in the UK.. Are they like african-british are something like that. Or like is their a proper term for that. Because black people is a general term for all dark skin but I just wonder what do other countries refer black people as a proper term as..
Seemed to me like op was just asking a question didnt seem to be anything behind it aside from curiosity damn
To answer ur question kinda, a friend of mine referred to himself as a Black Brit. At least for him thats how he identified
Well I was curious....DAMN! Answer the damn question! That's all. If you wanna get your drawls tangled with yourself that's not my problem.! I was just curious because america and england both speak English but the applications for race is stated as African american. So my question is is it the same for the UK over there? NOT EVERYTHING IS OFF SITE RASCIST! Damn. All in my thread complaining.
As stated before they are people. Lol. You can research it if you wish to really know but I don't think this is the way to research it.
I guess it depends what people have grown up calling them. Like in each country fair skinned people have different names, same with olive skin, so dark skin would too I imagine so they probably do, just not everyone would say it
Lamont, why would you want to call someone by there race? just because there dark skinned does not mean there black, did you know that Martin Lawrence was not black but actually German how about Tia and Timara not black but German so instead of focusing on color focus on the person's name and get to know them as a person and not on race.. If you can accomplish that little small part The World will be a much better place...
