Weight...

  1. Hi I'm 5'3 and 120 I'm looking to drop ten pounds before December cause that's when I see my family and my ex so how can I lose the weight healthy and realistically please

  9. 5'3 and 120? Omg. You are more than the ideal weight.

    I was at the perfect weight of 125lbs at 5'1, and that was with C cup breasts. Now I am at DD's.
    I am at 145lbs because I tried to quit smoking and was pregnant for 5 weeks. My body still looks good. Do not even begin to say you are overweight.

  12. If she wants to trim up and improve her appearance why put pressure on her not to?

    PSMF is a high protein low calorie diet. It's one of the tricks I use to make weight for powerlifting competitions.

    110lbs at 5'1 would be a nice weight

  14. Wayne, I used to be 110 at 5'1, that was with Dcups. You could see all of my bones. It was wayy too skinny.

    120 with DD's at 5'1 is even a bit too skinny. Each breast weighs abot 8-10 pounds each.

    With DD's at 5'1, the ideal weight is about 130.
     
  15. Jennifer Nicole Lee (just one example) is 125/130 at 5' 9 with a 34 D
     
  16. 34D's are very very different than 36 DD's. Few pounds differebce, not including the fifference in the circumfrince(sp :-/) of the rib cage.
