wars for noobs details

  1. What: a war for 50 kcs and bellow noobs
    When ? When we finish arranging and open the clubs well give u further details
    Why? Just for the fun of it(couldn't think wat else) lolz
    Other details: The clubs will have small groups in them,waring the opponents club designated group.
