But I see the 1m cap as a disincentive for people who want to be made super overpriced. As soon as that 1m starts to feel insignificant, they usually stop begging for bumps.

Maybe have there still be a cap, but the cap larger than $1M per hire? I feel like even $100M at a capping at a hire value of like $10B or something would be more reasonable and help noobs out more.

Although honestly, lots of people don't really volley noobs UNLESS they start begging. Myself included. :/

 

Game has changed from volley earnings of tutor to matter as much. Where it helped prior to party/spinner era to help newbies achieve 5088cs or more. Now you see newbies with build higher than that below $10k value.

Price of tuts only matters now for tutors of more established build to help pupils with tb.
