It seems like when ATA gets a new idea, they just stick to that type of hunt only. My proposal is to mix up the different type of hunts they've done over the years. This includes implementing iWars again also. Rather than set wars every single week for months, I think they should do iWars every other or every few hunts as an added option to obtain items dropped during hunts. There have been numerous threads asking for iWars to be brought back, but they've been ignored. That's really sad. Those of us who do love war, understand the game is more focused on parties, but that doesn't mean war aspect has to be tossed aside. Both can exist. I see so many new players in this game who seem to show an interest in this lost art. In no way, will what I propose interfere with parties. I think you seem to lack understanding. There is no need for items to make PVP more attractive, as PVP is already Bae.
I support this. It sounds fun. But you quoted me and it's -_A_-Meatpuppet_ slight difference from how you posted my current name that's ok- There's like 5 of us now and hard to distinguish For those who want to dis fun ideas like this by saying just go bl or set up your own wars- it's not that those aren't good things too, it's more about finding new (or really not new) and fun ways to grow the game. There's room for all of that. Supporting bl hitting, farming, or system wars shouldn't be limited to just certain ways of doing it. Wouldn't it be fun if ATA actually took initiative to make a PvP or system war based hunt? You don't have to hate just because it wasn't your idea?
I don't think anyone mentioned BL or setting up their own wars on this thread. :lol: Try out Julie's threads, though. She's been coming up with some great new ideas, things you probably wouldn't haven't thought of. They're rewarding in their own right, without needing ATA sponsored events/items to satisfy the want for PVP.
Nobody is hating, as the ss states this "new" idea was already tried and failed. Just because 600 people that never war and probably never use bl support it, doesn't meant they'll join. I actually enjoy iwars in kaw, have full set of mith equip if anyone understands that reference. I just don't see the point in wasting resources on it here again or getting peoples hope's up/angering people over it
Real fights have plenty of fun out of just warring and pvping. "If you need a reward to pvp, stick to ebs" (parties)
