USA Vs Another Country?

So what I saying is I would like to proposes a war but I need a second country so comment below what country it should be and after I count I will Make another Thread.But anyways I would like to do a war between country's basically like the World Cup but this would be pimd cup so yeah if we get enough support and people to participate then we will do this a week after hunt I would create both clubs.

    Just A Little something to add some spice to the game.
