I was silenced unfairly for bypassing on a wall. I emailed support with screenshots and I CLEARLY did not bypass the filter. Yet AtA has not responded to my emails for about 4 days straight. This was my third silence and I cannot respond to my tutors or people asking to buy my tutors. I'm glad your little child moderators actually attempt to do their jobs. But it seems they are biased on who they silence, when, and for what reason. I see people break the rules daily but because they are friends with the mods it goes unaddressed. I believe you need at least 1 company moderator in all your games to keep things in order. Because apparently sending support emails or feedback about it goes unanswered.
It could take easily from a few hours to within a fortnight for support to reply to your email. They are confronted with several topics of email per hour.

Yes, if ATA doesn't reply, it will probably be because they know that the silence is valid. One other possible way they haven't emailed you back yet is because they get overloaded with emails from players, not just from PIMD, but from their other games, too. It seems like your silence was fair, so don't argue with the mods. If you did call someone gay, then that violated the ToU, resulting in your silence. Take responsibility for your actions.
