it is simple, if you notice that most lcbc are priced at 750b this is about half their Combined stats. Most ranges work the same way. It's pretty linear. Think I'm wrong? Examine closely. (wow so simpre) So to those owners in denial that their tutors are UP, make sure you bump them to this point before the marketeers do. Not everone will believe in my standard. But it's a pretty damn good one. The only time I hire OP is when they are holding big tutors or very good friends. As I stated I no longer ask people to buy anything from me, obviously if I have buyers. Your tutors aren't priced appropriately. I believe this standard is not only appropriate but easy to remember! Easy to teach! And with the last job now scoring you 20b a lot more traders are hitting the market. Buy-backs are enabling the increase to happen faster. I urge owners of tutors under 100b to let them go. Buy new ones. Keep the market flowing. It's much easier to OP and keep tutors that are larger. And a lot of new players need to earn money on their own. Good pupils teach their tutors how to earn on their own. Occasionally strip them (of great tutors if you taught them well). Drop volleys are effective but tend to be costly. And then your tutor becomes reliant on you too often. And you feel obligated to keep them underpriced because you can't afford to bump. I would also point out. -aya-, iLduro, and dustyink. These are also examples of how to KEEP a tutor. I get stripped multiple times daily and these tutors are avoided (note they are well worth their prices though in pocket wealth)
oh important side note to the tutors themselves. Stop whining about being OP Stop crying when you are hired from your owner who doesn't OP you. Take it as a damn compliment. Being a higher value is a GOOD THING. To many of you the leaderboard for Value may be your only ticket onto a lb at all.
And if you want to stay with a certain pupil, like I do, make sure they op you. If you're a "hot commodity" you'll want to be even more op to stay with your pupil.

When your stars are lower though this wouldn't work. (I'm aware that you addressed the 100bil and up guidelines though, so great idea) now we just need people to follow it...
