There's really no point to this thread. I was trying to follow somebody and hired them by mistake. ? DAMN MY CLUMSY FINGERS! I was on a whole WHY DOESN'T PIMD DO LIKE A "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO HIRE?" THING?! tirade for a bit. But that would screw up volleys, no? So I got to thinking. Where the hell did volleys come from? Can you imagine the first volley? "Hey hire my tut!" "Why did you hire back?" "Hire him again!" "Ok. I did- why did you hire back?!" "Let's keep going!" "Why?!" "We make money!" "But now I have a 1kcs tut worth 67 gajillion dollars " "I call it VOLLEYING! " Aren't you supposed to earn your cash through jobs, battles and wars? Isn't that what PIMD says in the app description? Not "Earn cash by rapidly hiring tutors back and forth, forcing a two day old player to be worth more than a private jet!" And I know it's an integral part of the game, and loads of people use it as their main source of cash. But isn't it a strange concept? These are just my highthinks at 4:45am. I always wonder who came up with these names and ideas first and how they were able to get the names/ideas to stick. like "pots" and "farming" etc. etc.
Not everyone is or was volleyed as a noob. Old players, like myself, worked our way up without getting a noob volley.
Lmao that made me laugh, 'Earn money by rapidly hiring 2 day old players making them worth more then a private jet'
I know it would be a pain. Maybe the follow and hire buttons could be moved faar, faaaar apart. #JopoIsAHipster
Only a few terms are from ATA games, majority of them are from other games. Gaming terms are universal.
And last night I was thinking, who came up with using the middle finger. Like the Dane Cook joke. Lol
