Trying to get my Alt account back

  1. I'm trying to get my alt account back. I've tried everything. Given all my correct information. Which in the past had worked but this time it does. No one wants to admit to a glitch in the coding or maybe it was hacked. It doesn't matter. All that matters is I want my account back. I can prove it's mine. Yet because the information doesn't match they aren't helping me. I believe the account was hacked. And I want it back.
