Trying to get my alt account back

  1. I'm trying to get my alt account back I've sent in ticket after ticket and have gotten no help so far. I've give the correct information though they claim it's not. I am afraid it's been hacked and no one is helping me get it back

  2. Only ata can help you. If you put the wrong information then its wrong. They have everything in their system they can physically see whats right
