When I was in middle school we had a trend for those jelly bracelets...each color signified a different sëxual act. The schools had to send letters home to parents telling them to not let their kids wear them to school My home town was wild
those aren't loombands but we just really called em rubber bands here. i don't think they have a technical name? i think they got popular with the "I <3 BOOBIES" one for breast cancer awareness
