So far, I can touch my toes with the very tips of my fingertips. I want to be able to lay my hands flat on the ground next to my feet. And ideally twist my heads behind my head like a pretzel, that would be cool. Anyway. In my strive to be more flexible because i have just realized how much of it i have lost since my teen years, how flexible are you and what tips do you have on regaining my bendy-ness in my old age?
I think the only thing you really can do to increase and maintain flexibility is to just keep flexin' on them hoes.
