to train up a child

For those who don't know about this book it is a book on how to train up a child how would u rate this book in the end with this points of trainig they wrote about the book ;-

#1.-if you don't want a child (4 month years old) to crawl and is very naughty to show who's the boss you should sit on it and spank it ( isn't that cruel )

#2.-the authors even recomend hitting a baby (4+months old) with a 15 inch tube till it surrenders ( to cruel).

#3.- fasting is also known as good training for a child (3+ child)

#4.-if a child ( 5+ years old) fails its potty training should you acctually bath with host ????

Here are the few points about the book how to train up a 3 adopted children even died just because their parents used this book how you even rate it if u were to . The authors even call the people doesn't follow this book bad parents ( uhh really) .
Isn't it cruel .
