Try this out What you do is place your hands over both eyes so you can't see. Then you look up then down using only your eyes but move them as far up and down as far as that can go, really strain your eyes when doing this for desired effect. Do that ten times then repeat but this time do it left to right slowly. Then diagonally both ways, still keeping your hands over your eyes. Then roll your eyes around the edge clockwise ten times then anti clockwise, whilst still keeping your hands over yours. Now once you've done this all in a row ten times each with your hands over your eyes, remove your hands and relax. Tell me how you feel. I'm bored
