Cat and Jeb ran through the little glen running from the cops. Cat screamed when she saw an open garage. "Jeb,go in there!!" she ran towards the door with Jeb right on her heels. They go through the door and Jeb hits the down button. "we're safe" Cat says. She starts looking around at the garage. "Look at all the supplies in here, theres coats water DUCK TAPE. Tools and tarps!" lets take some". Cat puts the bottles of water in her bright green backpack and plunks a camo hat on her head. She also takes the first camo jacket giving the other one to Jeb and also another hat to him. She puts the ducktape and flashlight on her toolbelt and puts some tools in her backpack. Jeb takes some cardboard and a lot of the produce in the garage and packs it up. He also takes some screwdrivers and a saw in his bag. Jeb also stashes some Girl Scout cookies in his bag" let's go!!"
As Cat frantically packs things into her bag she remembers another night when she was also packing frantically. ------------------ 6 months ago ------------------ She was in her room shoving things in her bag. She took some winter clothes which were very Important and a whole bag of underwear and socks. She also put some summer clothes and another pair of shoes in her backpack. Her backpack was a camouflage,military backpack That her dad used, but when he died she got it from him. It was a great backpack and could hold a lot of stuff. She put a few cans and a can-opener in her bag. As she went out of the kitchen she grabbed two knives, a hunting knife, and a dagger to defend herself. Cat snuck up to her parents room and put some of her Moms diamond jewelry and her step-dads credit ad debit card. She knew the pin number because he watched him while he entered it. She put that in her waist bag and also slide the knives into the belt as Well. Cat also put a small pan on her bag and took several boxes of matches and a lighter plus a piece of flint. She also put her literature book in her bag to use it to make fires with it. It was also a good read.
