It's been five years since I fled to Europe. After what happened that night in the hotel, I couldn't bare to stay any longer. I needed a fresh start. I needed to be somewhere where no one would know my name or what I had done.

I live in a tiny, one bed room apartment now, in Paris, France. I took some French in high school so I'm able to get by pretty easily. People say that Paris is the city of romance. Well to me its the city of dirty and hard work.

I got out of bed and changed into my work clothes.
Another gruesome day at work.

I grabbed my purse and headed out the door. I turned to lock it when someone grabbed me from behind. My world went black.

Five years. It has been five years since I betrayed my mom. No one knows what I did. They all believe mom was sick, twisted. They didn't know the truth. And surely they wouldn't suspect a six year old to help someone like Codey would they?

I laughed nervously as I sat in the van. Our package was being well, let's just say, difficult. I slapped the wall that separated the front seat from the open back area of the van.

"SHUT UP! The more your struggle the worse it's gunna be!" I slammed my hand one more time before turning back to face the front.

My name is May. I'm eleven years old. And I'm out for revenge against my mom.

KRIS POV

It's been five years since Jessy died. Since she too her own life to save ours: James, May, and I. It's been five years since Aunt Lexi fled. No one has seen her since.

May was sent to a boarding school in Europe a couple years ago because of her behaviours and that Sky just couldn't stay home and be with her. He was needed else where. We haven't heard from her much except the occasional letter home.

I'm nineteen now and I live in California now. I moved away as soon as I could. I haven't talked to James since I left. I'm sure if he found out what I was planning, he would be sure to stop me.

I started packing my bags when I heard the door bell ring. I set down my bags and walked out of my purple bedroom to the front door. I smiled when I saw who it was through the peep hole.

I hurriedly unlocked the many locks on my door and embraced the visitor in open arms. It was Eric. One of my newest and best friends. He was a single father of a three year old, the mother having bailed.

I welcomed Eric into my home.

"So you got it?" I asked raising my eyebrow.

He held up a piece of paper. "Got it." He smirked, "What? Did you doubt I could do it?"

"No I just wanted to be sure."

I took the paper and read the address smiling.

I found you Lexi. And be prepared, because I'm looking for revenge.
