This is my first story. It was a cold bitter morning in December and I was driving my white Ford F-150 going 60 down a country road searching for my trophy buck. I went to my first pasture and saw a doe. "Not good enough" I said to myself. I then left and went to my next field a big 200acre range land where some cows had been not two months ago. I hopped on the four-wheeler kept hidden in the trees and took off along fence line. I saw it, but it was in trees, and only 16 not feeling comfortable enough to shoot it so I left it for tomorrow. Tell me to continue or not!!!
The next day I went out at about 6 in the morning because the deer will have already moved out of the trees I thought to myself. Once I got to the 200acres I went to the 4-wheeler and loaded up my treestand and blind. I was setting up both because my friend, Blade, was coming and he'd take the blind. After I had them set up I got settled into my treestand and sat there for 1..2..3 hours and all I had to show for it was impatience and time wasted, but I knew he was there. By he I mean the monster buck I had seen the day before. Another 2-3 hours past and I just wanted to pack up and leave, but I decided to rattle and call once more. It worked not for the deer I wanted, but a fairly close one. I thought to myself "I can always buy another tag and come back". That's exactly what I did, I pulled up and shot right as it looked at me. "I got it!" I proclaimed. Just then the monster strolled on through and being the game wardens son I couldn't come home with two deer and one tag so I waited.
