The New Era Tomias sighed, taking in the scene before him. Soldiers rushed to bring in the wounded, and the dead were carried off to the side. There would be no time for a proper burial, and the bodies would most likely by burned. Tomias shook his head, disgusted by what the world had come to. After 2015, when Russia declared all out war against the world, and launched nuclear missiles at most of the highest populated cities in the world. At the present time, five years later, war was still occurring. No one could tell exactly what nation they were with, but if you were with soldiers, you either joined them or treated their battle wounds. Tomias was a different case. Because of his leg, blown off by mortar strikes a few years earlier, he could do neither. Instead, he was fixed with a hastily-made prosthetic limb and was told to keep out of the way. What they didn't know was that Tomias was a genius with machines, and created his own new limb, which was stronger and faster than most. He had also discovered a new material, mere months before the war began, that was more lightweight and yet much more durable than titanium. After many experiments with it, he dubbed it Prometheum Iron, and in secret created new, more powerful weapons. Tomias had taken it upon himself to stop the war, through any means necessary, and his new weapons would assure it happened. Through trial and error, Tomias had created a new weapon, one that took in hydrogen as an energy source, and released a pulse capable of blowing a fist sized hole through concrete. He knew this discovery would lead to misery, and yet be had gotten it into his mind that this could be the weapon to save humanity, and he would be the one to use it. ___________________________________ So, yeah, this is my story >~< not very good, I know, but I plan to make it better. Hope you like it, and I appreciate feedback
By the way this is Elly, my mom have my phone and I have hers. Don't ask me why because I have no idea either .-.
As a result, Tomias spent many hidden hours alone, working in secret (not that anyone noticed or cared where he was; he was useless to them). After countless hours and much blood and sweat, Tomias lifted the finished product in his hands, no longer just a prototype. It was very light, and strapped easily onto an armored gauntlet he had also created, to protect his hand from any heat. He duplicated the weapon, creating an identical copy for his left arm. After Tomias was satisfied with the aesthetic appearance (he was a stickler for making it look good, he didn't want to be seen with a junky looking weapon. His warped mind had him believing he was some superhero), he quietly slipped away from the camp where he stayed, and made sure the weapon worked. A few practice rounds into discarded cars quickly appeased his small fear. He headed back to his hidden bunker, which he had found while searching for a workshop. The place was perfect: isolated, large, and almost completely soundproof. He constructed a crude helmet, giving him the appearance of an odd robot, and feeling satisfied he snuck away from the camp again, eager to start his campaign against the world.
All writers find there works horrible, I think my One Way Love story on here is bad, it's not all romance though.
I never liked romance stories all that much. Anyway, you may like it, but it's not really completely worth it if only one person reads it
