How it started...... Earth is one of the few planets left that still sustained life. For years, all the planets lived in peace....... Until the Trogians started taking worlds for their own. No one knows why they became so hostile. So far they've managed to take over most of the planets in their system. Now, Earth is their new target. Under the United Earth (UE) program, we trained our troops for a war nobody could prevent..... Then, it happened. The invasion on the moon took everyone by surprise, in retaliation the UE sent troops into the moon. (Big Mistake) the Trogians were just waiting for us. By the time the UE decided to withdraw from the moon, we lost hundreds of thousands of men. Although the UE thought everyone had been evacuated, there were a bunch of companies that had been left behind, and forgotten.......
Chapter 1 Journal entry #46 Those damn Trogians got Tommy from Easy company. I kinda liked that son of a (*BEEP*) Our guys just keep getting taken out, the Trogians however just keep coming. Why did the UE have to forget us? They just left without even...... "Sir?" light poured in as the opening of the tent opened. "Uhh. The Sarge needs you. He said it was urgent." A man in his mid twenties stood up. He was a young fellow, but had the face of a hardened veteran. He had a scar that reached across his face, and seemed to tuck itself away into the mans hair. Scarface was the name. Almost every one had a nickname in the company. "Ok private, carry on" said Scarface. As Scarface walked through their encampment, he thought of the battle that took place here just 4 days ago. As soon as scarface walked in, he was bombarded with Sergeant Savages famous vocabulary. The Sarge, his real name being Matt, was a boy with potential. His family was rich, he had the looks. But most of all, he was smart. He had graduated from Harvard when the invasion of the moon happened. Instead of being a lawyer, he joined the United Earth Space Marines (UESM) . So here we are about to listen to Savage and his never-ending vocabulary. "so the way I see it Scar, if our predicament remains the same, we're bound to run out of resources sooner than we thought. And if my calculations are correct, we're liable to cease to exist!" Scarface took all this in and said "Dammit Savage! How many times do I have to tell you, speak in a language we all understand!"Savage seemed a bit agitated and said "You want language you dumba**** understand? Fine! We're all gonna DIE because our food is almost gone!" There was a long pause. But before Scarface could answer, there was a loud explosion and the tent flew away..
Ambush!! ........Scarface and Savage looked at each other, unable to make a move. But a second explosion brought them back to life. "Get that squad outa there!" "Somebody get on the damn gattling gun!" Scarface was desperately trying to give orders while keeping his men calm. "Doc Trump! What are the casualties?" asked scarface. "Uhhh we got 2 down and 4 needing medical attention." Scarface nearly cried when he heard of 2 more dead soldiers. "Ok, get those 4 into the cafeteria, and tell Doc Howard to get his a** over here." "Yes sir!" replied Doc Trump. "Savage!" Scarface cried out. In the distance a man could be seen running across whizzing bullets. "Hehehe, why do you run so gay Sarge?" Chuckled Scarface. "Un fricking believable, here we are getting our asses kicked and your laughing at how I run?" said Savage in disbelief and shock. "Hey, a good leader always makes jokes." replied Scarface. Savage seemed very agitated "Where the f*** did you read that? The "How to get your soldiers killed" handbook?" yelled Savage. "Uhhh never mind that. I need you to get cannonball and his crew on the east entrance. Just keep firing like there's no tomorrow ok?" "Fine. But I'm telling everyone what you said about my running after this." said Savage defiantly. "Ok, whatever you say" chuckled Scarface. But after a while, the Trogians began to leave. Which left the Space Marines shocked. "Snake! Get over here!" Snake was the company's scout. He made a living stealing from the rich, and keeping it for himself. That is until he stole from the Dictator of Trondheim. So he lived on the run ever since. No one really knows how or why he got into the UESM, but he sure is a damn good scout. "What?" said Snake lazily. "Go catch up with the Trogians, and try to find out why they left." "Whatever you say, you're the boss." Replied Snake. The next Chapter: The Hostage
The Hostage By the time Snake came back, it was already midnight. Scarface was up working on roll call attendance when "Hey, I found out why the Trogs left." said a familiar voice. "Snake, what took you so damn long?" "Well I kinda got into a fight with one of their lead scouts, but it was no problem. I don't know where they went for training, cuz my grandma can shoot better than those ugly bast****." "Ok ok, so tell me what you found" said Scarface "Ok, well I followed them for a while. And just as I was about to leave I saw it." said Snake "Saw what?" asked Scarface anxiously. Snake thought for a bit, trying to find the right words. "It wasn't really a clear out there...But I'm pretty sure I saw a girl. But she was wearing the UEMT (UnitedEarthMedicalTroops) uniform." Scarface was deep in thought. "Hmmm, I wonder why the Trogs would go through the trouble of attacking a UE base, just to find a girl." Snake seemed fidgety and finally said "That's not all sir. I went to get a closer look at the girl, and she was speaking their language!" Scarface was shocked. "We have to find her, she might have information we need."
Rescue...... Gone Bad: "Alright men, we are on a search and rescue operation. Our target....... A girl." The men looked kinda puzzled. Until a Marine spoke up "Ok so let me get this straight, you want us to risk our lives..... To save a girl??? Damn sir, she better be good looking." "This isn't just a girl private Anderson, this girl may have valuable intel on those Helghans. Word is... She might be the last civilian in the Trogian world..... So this is a very important operation, I want snake and cannonball to scout ahead, and I want Senator in the back as support. Ummm easy company is with me. And I want Zulu and Brown company to ride on the helo's. Hey Anderson! Ok I need the CO's of Zulu and Brown on me in 10 ok?" said Scarface. "Sure thing sir, ummm earlier today we intercepted a radio broadcast. It didn't sound very clear though, you want to her it?" replied Pvt Anderson. "A Radio broadcast huh? Yea let me hear it" said Scarface "Ok umm, it came on around 0800 hours, and it kept saying the same thing... "(static)... Th... is.... the... actin.. comman... Of Sector Seven... Love it!!!!!! But show your details. Don't tell. Connect them with another something, possibly something the character is doing, and thatll lead up to whatever youre going to say next about the character. But I love it!!! Pretty detailed, great plot, and I can follow and not critique because idk what you're talking about!!!!! (the Spartans I mean.... I understand the story....)
