I turned my attention to the news, EURO COLLAPSED- RIOTS BROKEN OUT I had vaguely heard about a crisis meeting with the European state heads, but in Croatia, we hear nothing and get left well alone, we like it that way. But it appears the crisis meeting failed, the euro was worth nothing, people with thousands of euros, found themselves with nothing, a worthless, a useless amount of dead money in their bank accounts, Tempers flared and violence broke out. Pictures flashed on the tv of rioters in Dublin, Paris and Brussels. it was chaos. People were being killed, shops looted for food and chemists were ripped apart in search for supplies. And the police, well the police didn't do anything, why should they? The police and the rioters were exactly the same, in fact EVERYONE was equal now. Nothing seperated them anymore. *BONUS* A news reporter interrupted the video, 'I regret to inform you, the FTSE has fallen, it relied on the devoid EURO for its shares. OH MY GOD, the dollars fallen, this is incredible they are going ONE BY ONE' The yens just gone!' silence had befallen the world, An hour later, we were still sat at the same sofa, the same tv showing violence spreading across the world, The same positions that we were in before, but in that hour, the world stood still. _____________________________ _THE DAY THE WORLD STOOD STILL_ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ First, Berlin declared national emergency after power went out, gas got cut off and tv lines went out. No other countries listened though, you see this was happening in their cities too. The news broadcasters then announced the news that our family were dreading. The Croatian kuna has fallen- what was happening in Europe and the USA, the riots, would now surely come here too, this was not right, and it was the human races greed, to be a powerful collaboration of countries, that would rule the world, that fell apart caused this. I looked at the human race, and greed, selfishness took places where, compassion and kindness should have been. Abruptly our power went out too. *2months after the fall of power and currency* Food shortages were a major issue, not only did the power go out, but so did the water and the gas, we started off burning logs, but then they abrubtly ran out. So now we face long freezing nights at home, all the nearby people from the village come to our farm, it's like a kind of refugee camp in a way. Throughout the world people started forming gangs, some like ours, peaceful and willing to survive, others were violent, killing, rampaging through the cities and the countryside, to get food, to ensure THEIR own survival. These scenes played throughout the world. But then disaster soon befell on Europe, again, usually when a earthquake or natural disaster occurs we have the means to help and save people trapped. But this time around, we didn't. -spike-

The ground tremored, and two slates fell of the top of the house, We didn't know what was happening on the other side of the world. London was under 6ft of rubble, Berlins buildings had collapsed, Indonesia had narrowly avoided a tsunami, much like the horrific disaster many years ago, in which many lost their lives, and much of Europe had perished, well they wouldn't have, but there are no rescue teams, Only low lying countries weren't affected. *5 years later*(modern day) (my diary) 2017,26th august I had to stop writing, I can't document the horrors that have unfolded,can't be written, After that earthquake, things spiralled out of belief. Me , mum, dad, sasha and John are the only people left out of our "gang" For all I know it could be in the world We certainly haven't seen anyone, for how long is it? 5 years?
