Day 1- My Story as I saw it

Today, my mother bought me a journal (not to be confused with a diary). I didnt know what i wanted to do.with it at first, i scribbled on the first few pages actually. But as i thought, i wanted to tell you, the reader/snooper, life as I knew it. And how i was pushed towards the edge during my life.

I was born Tampa, Florida, given the name Sean at my birth. I was abandoned by my father, leaving my mother to care for me. I did, however, live around people that loved me dearly. My cousins, Josh, Jeremy, and Dale, lived with me (i really lived with them), along with my Uncle Martain. This was by far the happiest time period of my life. I woke up every morning smiling, thanking God for allowing me to do so(i am a Godly person, not a Christain). Life was easy. Everyday, my cousins showed me something new. They introduced me to everything cool during their time, like Yu-Gi-Oh! and video games. We watched movies, such as Superman (old versions) and Power Rangers. My uncle was strict, but understanding. My mother was extremely kind, but could be strudy and strong, even if my father knocked her up.

A few months have past. There came a day when my mother rushed me to get in the car, along with my cousins. We did as we were told, all of us confused.

That confusion would become something new, something darker. My uncles black pitbull, who everyone in the house loved, was ran over and killed. The driver that murdered him was never found. My uncle put the dog in a trash bag, and burried him into the backyard (which i blurted out when we decided to move).

And at this time, as a 5 year old black boy, I first met rage. Rage that turned into a temper. A temper that would soon affect my life in the near future.
