I need some food ideas thats dairy free and gluten free. Im allergic to dairy so not ment to even have it anyway but almost everything ik how to make involves dairy in some way. Also wanna try having less gluten coz it making my tummy bloated as fuck. With my luck im probly some what allergic to that as well lol. I wanna actul MAKE the food. Not just 'throw this premade thing in with this premade thing'. Coz thats not real cooking. Which is 99% of the recipes google gives me. I want 1 recipe for 1 meal not 20 recipes for 1 meal 😶 something that can be done within 30mins is a bonus
