    Alright I'm back and here is the explanation!(don't get mad if this is bump thread)

    Okay so...I am the first person so someone would rate me:Newb, Noob, Regular, Veteran, Legend.
    Obviously I'm a legend!But back on topic. I would be rated Legend then the next person would call the guy that rated me a Newb/Noob/ Regular/etc.

    Example:

    P1/OP
    P2:Legend
    P3:Reg.
    P4:Newbie

    Okay now your ready SET GO!
