Yes, I am still a noob. I hardly know how tutor bonus helps and where it would be used. A simplistic explaination would help, I have not really looked into tutor bonus before so thats how I do not know.

Well, I'm not really sure what you're asking... What people called "cs" is actually just your bonus to your tutor. Take mine for an example. If somebody asked what my strength was, I'd say about 80k... But it's actually almost 4 mill (upper left). So if I hired a tut with 50k strength, it would add 50k to my 4 mill.
