  1. How do I fix my suspension of my profile for payment again

  2. First off... "Again"? You might not be able to get it back if this is a second offense.

    Anyway, you could try sending screenshots of your bank/PayPal/purchase transactions to show you haven't been up to anything, and they may lift the suspension.

    Like it was said above, it may be unlikely that you will recover your account if this is the second offense
