[Support] Name Theme - PIMD Veterans

  1. So, just like how Mods, devs and HS have their own name colors, players should also have colored names apart from the dates.

    But, these colored named players can only be particular individuals (Veterans - those who have played PIMD for more than 5+ years)

    Once a player reaches the 5 year award, the Veteran award should get unlocked which enables the colored name to be activated on public chats.
