[SUPPORT]Beta wars notification

  1. Petition: For a notification 5 minutes before beta(individual war), to tell us that it's about to start.
    This will remind us to both leave our clubs and change ava. I don't know about anyone else but I miss 1/3 of beta wars due to me forgetting to leave. 
    This will also remind people that dont usually war that the war is there and encourage them to join.
    If this gets enough support I will email ATA the link and hopefully get some action
