Subscriptions issue

  1. So me and wife play I bought a subscription for 25% cash and 25% drops both back to back for my account. The 25% drops was put on her account I'm assuming because her google account is linked to my phone. I tried to just purchase it for my account but it says I've already got it. Which I dont. Need customer support but cant find it the help option doesn't work...
     
  2. Support can only be contacted via the Help system. I would try clearing your app cache if you are having trouble sending a ticket through there. You can do this in your phone settings.

    If that doesn't work, please share what error message you are receiving so we can help you troubleshoot better.
     
  3. You should send a help ticket, forums will not be able to help you with this.
    If you are having issues sending a ticket you can try deleting and redownloading the game or your wife can try sending a ticket on her account.
