Why does pimd control the freedom of speech? I could understand if it's about the curse words but what I don't understand is the others things..... why can't people speak their minds? Why does we need to hide and be careful? Why does bashing against the rules? Its so stupid
ATA isn't a government organization. They are technically a private business. You can Scream what ever you want on the street but once you walk into a building with their own rules and way about themselves you have to respect that. Freedom of speech has zero use in the domain of a legitimate business. If they don't want you to say a word or your opinion cause they find it inappropriate that's actually THEIR right. And freedom of speech doesn't just mean you can say anything either. There's hate speech. Slander. Verbal abuse/harassment that you can actually be punished for saying in America. So yeah. If you don't like it. Don't play.
Support, this is a really good explanation. Not to mention this is an international community, with multiple different countries that could potentially not have the same freedoms or have it to the extend the U.S. possesses. Secondly, there's nothing wrong with wanting an appropriate behavioral setting in your game.
