My one shot true story that happened around 2:30 A.M while doing Kindsomnia today with my friend Cruz. I might make it a story. :T ------------- It was her first time going to the big party the church planned for the junior high students. She's in sixth grade, it's her first year in the junior high room. As she walked around the ice rink, their second to last stop before-They have to get back by 6 A.M- they go back to the church to drop them off to be picked up by the parents that aren't really awake yet. She's too afraid, and Gianna says,"It's alright, just skate with me." She shakes her head, but then gives in and asks for a size 5. She steps out on the ice, shivering from the cold and grabbing an IceHelper to help her balance in skating. She manages to skate to the middle, with her friend Gianna when an idiot with a plastic helper crashed into her and caused her to fall. She burst into tears, getting her balance again. He asked her if she's alright. They know each other from fifth grade, knowing he cares a lot about his friends. She steadies herself, wiping her tears, nodding and saying she's O.K. As she skates off, he asks her to wait. She turns around, and he says he'll help her out. She says it's fine, and she can do it alone, but that's not true. She falls again, and starts to cry, and he picks her up. Her heart skips a beat, he looks into her brown eyes. She blinks, being set against the wall of the rink. He grabs her ice helper, and helps her out. Her face is red, and wondering if the ice will melt. He shows her how to stand, and how to move her feet. She starts to get it, but soon slips, gripping her hand against the metal. Soon she gets it, and is able to move. He pushes it aside and takes her left hand, saying,"Let's try it without the stabler." They start off fantastically, and soon he goes to fast. She missed a step and they both slide into the wall. He crashes first, holding her hands, then they get head-to-head. Gianna and Emily see, and they start to laugh. He yells for them to go, and they leave off to play Broomball. He looks back to her face, and notices the red. She smiles, crying again, except they're tears of joy. He kisses her cheek, and their hand-in-hand off skating again. ---------------
._. Yeah...This is what happens when it's 2:30 A.M and you're drinking monster and ice skating like that. I'm such a klutz, I crashed into him a billion times.
She gets home, falling asleep on her bed and dreaming about him and being afraid. Caitlin likes him, but she doesn't want to hurt Caitlin's feelings by Talking about what happened. It's Sunday afternoon, and she lies on the floor thinking about him. About how kind he is, no matter how rude the next popular girl is. About how sweet he is, helping her when she can't ice skate. About when they held hands on the ice. Then her mind travels to all the bad things that could happen if she ha admitted it once and for all. About how Caitlin could never speak to her again. About her possibly hurting her physically, by breaking her thickly rimmed glasses and causing her face to bleed while she's trying to read. Her mind drifts off as she listens to the music play, the same songs playing over and over until she knows the words by heart. As she listens to her sister Yap on and on about her stuffed animal friends. She mindlessly screws up all the cards that were set out as her cat meowed and lied on the floor. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx At dinner, her mother asked her to talk about her trip. She spoke normally until she got to the ice skating adventure. She burst into tears, beating her head against the table. Her mother sighed, cleaning her face as the mother's boyfriend muttered a couple of words to himself. The girl hissed across the table, remembering his cruel actions from earlier before she left for the trip. He was shaking the Ferris Wheel cup like thing with his children, himself and her. She cried and held on to the pole in the middle of the cart. She started crying, as usual. She continued to eat, growling at everyone except her mother. Her step-sister is a filthy liar, and so is her step-brother. Her brother is just an asshole that she has the urge to beat. Her mother's boyfriend is a smart alec and she urges to punch him square in the jaw. Tomorrow she would go to school, and see all of her friends. Her best friend, Jamie, would ask what happened and she would start crying again. See, she can't drop what he did to help her. She can't help but cry. Nobody likes to deal with the girl that's paranoid, and scared of everything. He put up with it, and had fun with her. She had smiled for the first time in a while, laughing and actually having fun. She was worried about him, and whether or not he would injure himself like he did when he fell.
She had black hair when she was younger, now it's red underneath a dyed black. Her speckled eyes searched everything, analyzing everything. Her heart is warm to some, and just a blizzard to others. Her lips were light pink, but stained red with blood. She has a few pimples here or there. Her reading glasses her purple and black as she read the words in the Eclipse book by Stephanie Meyer. She would glance up every once in a while to look at him. His sandy blond hair, mixed with a few bits of brown was put in a way so it wasn't down. He used some sort of hair gel, yet he didn't when it was the the party for church. His green eyes were dark enough to sink in, and never be able to leave. Their skin tone was somewhat the same, except his was a tinge lighter. His last name means Raven. Fioré. An Italian last name he has. Her's is Portuguese, meaning 'loyal'. They have the most odd of names, yet they are puzzle pieces for each other. Or that's what they hear. Her name is Kira, coming from her dad's idea. He was a Star Trek geek, therefore that's how she got her name. His name is Cruz, the most amazing of them all. It's an Italian name, but its unknown how he got it. They were friends in fifth grade, and good children they were. Now in sixth grade, they have a class together. They have Spanish together, but they see each other before school, and last period because their classes are in the same hallway then. They absolutely got along well, and they still do. In fact, Kira says she is forever in his debt...
