A short few months ago I heard what sounded exactly like breaths/breathing coming from an air vent in my bedroom and there is no logical reasoning as to what it could have been so I guess my home is haunted but even worse the spooky spirit breather doesn’t help with the bills
My ex’s apartment was haunted AF. Let’s see, once while sleeping I felt the indent of someone sitting down on the edge of the bed. I felt the spot that was indented with my foot and when I looked over my ex was sleeping right beside me. We didn’t have animals or anything at that point so if it wasn’t him sitting on the edge I don’t know what/who it was. The Mexican in me knew better than to look. The second freakiest thing was whatever was in our apartment hated lights. We burned through lightbulbs like they were toilet paper. One night at like 2/3 am (AKA DEAD TIME SON) I got up to go potty and as I was going all three light bulbs in the bathroom made a huge noise and then went out at the same time. I never peed so fast in my life.
When my brother was like 3, he would cry whenever he was alone in his room and complained that there was a really mean old man in there. Also one time, when no one was in my parents' room, the window shattered ー but only the inside pane (it was a double-paned window). There was glass on the carpet and it looked like someone threw something at it from the inside, but no one was in the room.
Not my personal experience but I was a victim in it: One night I fell asleep in my older sisters bedroom downstairs and she says she woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of someone walking in high heels outside her window. She stood up and looked towards the curtains and said she saw a figure of a tall women wearing a large black hat, covering half of her face standing on the other side of her window staring at her. She said she was so scared that she LEFT ME in there with that THING and didn’t even bother to save me! looked something like this:

My tv used to turn on in the middle of the night and go to that grey annoying screen Like a week ago a light that was dead suddenly cam on for about 5 seconds One time I paused the tv and I was home alone then the tv unpaused so I paused it and took the battery’s out then it unpaused again
So this weirded me out more than anything, I went to New Orleans for my roommates birthday back in August, and Idk how many of you are familiar with the LaLaurie Mansion and the story behind it, but short version, the lady tortured and did what I can only best describe as some human centipede type experiments on her slaves and was only caught after a slave she had chained to a stove decided to set the place on fire. So we’re on a tour and they start talking about this slave. I simultaneously felt like I was burning but had chills, and was so lightheaded I was holding on to my roommate for dear life. It eased up the closer I got to the mansion, but the minute I turned down the street I just felt really heavy and apparently collapsed on to a tree wailing. I don’t remember much of it tbh. Later that night, probably like 3 am ish, I woke up really hot again and whenever I would close my eyes I would see people in dated clothes through what looked like flames up close. So either ghosts or that whole story gave me some weird psychological issues for a day.
I was five then and before I took a nap in our living room, a girl passed by our window (2ft wide) and I said hi. Later that day, I remembered that our living room is at the second floor and no one could ever pass by outside.
O i actually do have a ghost story but i don't remember it at all. My mom told me that when I was little (like 2 or 3-ish) she used to put me in my room for a nap and for a few times right after she put me to bed i would run out after a few mins and I would tell her an old lady and some kids were in my room watching my tv. Apparently this all happened like a little bit after my grandmother died.
Theres Was This Room In My Childhood House Were Most People In My Family Died And One I Was Just Sitting There Listening To Music When It Stoped And This Voice Told Me To Stop And I Said Wtf, Im Not Even Listening To Anything Then ( Stereotypically ) The Rocking Chair Had A Shadow On It And Was Moving The Lights Turned Off And The Doors Locked I Felt Something Moving Towrds me It Pushed Me Down On The Bed And Began Removing My Shirt, I Screamed And My Aunt Came Running And When She Opened The Door, I Was There Half Naked With The Lights On And The Music Bursting, And I Got Grounded For Weeks.
