Service Outage - 12/19/12

  1. Due to a power outage this morning, Party in my Dorm was down from approximately 6am PST to 9am PST.

    For those that were affected by this outage, we are working to provide the appropriate compensation for this. Our apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused.

  7. I expect nothing. It couldn't be helped. And it was only 3 hours. Ill take anything free, but I'm not complaining

  10. I still can not get on my main account plz help it's wanting me to create another account and when I do try to enter my email to recover it tells my invalid. What do I do??

  12. If you can't access your account....
    Try restoring by entering your ATA account info or the fb account you linked it to.

    If both of those fail: email support at support@athinkingape.com
    And tell them the details of your account:
    Name, Who your pupil is, what club you are in, the Name of the ATA account you made and any information that would help them locate your account.
