There are many high stat noobs out there, it's called a credit card. You dont need to know how the game works, just have the money to buy your stats.
Seems like there's a lots of noobs this days acting like he or she up and knows everything. Play and learn not learn and play. Read the rules and learn how it works or click the three bar on your upper left screen for more help or informations about the game.
