Veronicas green hair flew back as she jumped backwards. She had been a gymnast for 5 years straight. This was all going to end soon. She was a popular girl at school. She had the most amazing grades and kicked ass in popular ranking. She didn't think she was pretty. She didn't think she ever was better than anybody. But she did. Who is she?..... Veronica was odd, sure. It's not like she doesn't know what she was doing. "Vero, all you have to do is slice the dummy's head off." said her swords instructor, Mr.Tokei. She spun and sliced the dummys head off without lifting a finger. She slipped her sword back into the case and slinged it over her back. He dismissed them and she was off walking home.
Tanner walked beside her to Spanish class and his heart started rapidly beating. "Damnit," Veronica cursed under her breath while trying to get Paraguay's notes down for the exam. She batted her eyelashes, and mewed accidentally. Tanner looked over at her and asked "Veronica? Are you okay?" "What?" "You Uh....made a noise," he said scratching the back of his head and looking away constantly to avoid eye-contact. "What? A noise?" "Yeah..." "What kinda noise?" she asked curiosly. "Like a...Uh..." "A?" "A cat...." he said staring off into her green eyes. "Oh, I thought I was making the purring noise again..." she said said just a tad bit red in the face. "A purr?" he asked laughing.
