Has anyone ever did an offer for rev u and it said credited but your credits never came to the mailbox? i'm dealing with this rn & i asked ata to send the credits because that's what rev u advises you to do when this happens, but ata just sent me an automated response 2x. in the past, ata has always given me missing credits. idk what changed, but im really hoping i didn't spend $20 for nothing. This makes me not want to do offers anymore :/
How long ago did you send the help ticket? With it being a holiday weekend, you can probably expect longer than usual wait times for a person to respond.
