[RESOLVED] Delayed Support Responses

  1. Hello everyone,

    Over the past several hours (since approximately 6:00AM PDT) our support software provider has been experiencing issues with latency and delayed incoming and outgoing email processing. While this does not affect the game itself, it means that you may see delayed responses to any emails you have sent in to our support team.

    While they are currently working on getting service restored there is ETA at the moment. We'll keep you updated as we learn more, and thank you for your understanding.
     
  2. [ONGOING] Delayed Support Responses

    Our support provider is continuing to have delays with processing incoming and outgoing emails. At this time their best estimate is that service won't be restored until 12AM PDT at the earliest.

    This means that emails sent to support will likely not see a response until earlier tomorrow.

    Until this is resolved if you have a time-sensitive support issue you can reach out via feedback and we will do our best to help you.
     
  3. Issues with our support service provider have now been resolved.

    Emails are once again being processed as normal. Due to the sudden influx of delayed emails you may experience longer than usual responses as we work through the current backlog.
