Resetting: ins and outs

You keep all permanent items

 

And gifts.
Lose stats (of course) money and tutors.

?keep forgetting the and symbol cut's the message.

 

You also lose your avatar?

 

You keep ecs, dns, all permenant items, gifts,and friends. You loose money, stats, and avatar. Your jobs do not reset not do your awards.

I saw you were correcting yourself so I thought to help 

 

So you keep basically everything but you avatar and money???

 

You lose everything except for wall posts friends doctors notes and ecs
You lose money tutors you are removed from your club your hire value becomes 1000 your stats become 0/0 etc

 

And what's really the point of resetting!? Do you get an achievement or something.

 

After you've reached game completion (unlock all 32 dorms) and reset you can hire an additional 50 tutors each time to a maximum of 500 tutors

 

As tucker said that's why people who lc reset. Lc= land complete (unlocked all 32 dorms).
