Sounds like something you need to contact the Support team on Through the help feature not on forums

 

It was a free ask out token not a free RS token, so you shouldn't be refunded as you used the free ask out, regardless of if it was declined or no

 

↑ If it was rejected then you're still able to ask someone out for free (I'm pretty sure)
If anything just wait until February ?

 

This is correct if your Rs is rejected you get refunded just like if you send an ec gift and it's rejected or likewise with a regular gift

 

No rs support for you
