RedPeacock's Totally Dopamine Contacts Adventure

  1. So, I just recently got my contacts, so thanks to that I can now see all of the world in its wonderful 1080p resolution! Every branch, every leaf, every fluffy cloud, and every homeless person taking a dump in public.
Not a week has passed and I can now witness the glory of nature! Everything is just so marvelous! From the added grace of the flowers coming out signifying winter to the unshaven no-nos of the local crazy woman living 20 minutes away from my house.
Why, just yesterday, I went off to my ballet class and the trip there was absolutely beautiful! The cathedral standing directly in front of the bus stop had me in a awe. The beautiful stained glass windows that shone through the night and the cross built above it shone, oh so radiantly through the everlasting darkness bringing to mind the biblical verse "And the light shone through the darkness and the darkness could not overcome it". It gave me such inspiration to follow the path of ThE Lord, much like how another woman crapping in the parking lot of the Italian diner on my way to class gave me the inspiration to gouge out my eyes with a rusty spoon.
And that has, so far, been my experience with contact lenses over the course of two accursed days. Moral of the story: there's a reason I waited this long to get glasses/contacts. My hometown is garbage.

  3. I'm thinking of making RedPeacock's Totally Dopamine [Insert Topic Here] Adventure a weekly thing. Any thoughts?
