R.I.P. Mom

  1. It's over.

    I know this is kind of like the forum for the girl's sister that died, but I just wanted to let all of the people wondering what's happening with my mom.

    In case you didn't know, my mom was driving a few days ago and got hit by a drunk driver head-on...

    She was in a coma for a day or two and woke up and was doing great....until earlier today.

    She died of a stroke today. No one saw it coming; as she was doing just great. The doctors are 90% sure that it was because of all of the trauma of the crash, and I think so too.

    So, just please, if you are going to have more than a couple drinks, get a ride home. Don't drink and drive. It's fatal, even to yourself, because the drunk that hit my mom died instantly. My mom was extremely lucky to live for even a few days after, and I'm glad for at least those few days to spend with her. At least we got to spend her last Thanksgiving...

    Thanks for all your prayers I hope she makes it to Heaven okay

    But one reason ur lucky:
    The few last days ur mom was alive and instead u hanged out with ur friends and u were rude and mean to ur mom on her last few days

    Then she dies

    You are lucky enough to spend those last days with her
    Most moms probably died hated or disrespected by their sons or daughters
