Does anyone have any tips? I overstretched myself by playing soccer. Now it hurts, muscle ache now but when I try to kick the ball I feel the pull. I have bowling on Tuesday any tips forumers?
Hmm... Try stretching it until you can't feel the pull. Or you can put some ointment... I recommend suggestion 1. ._.
ouch that must hurt. all u can really do is rest up and try to not do anything that will hurt ur muscles any further and rub something that numbs the muscle
Kind of like turning your ankle until it feels better. Or like my third suggestion, try massaging the place that hurts. :3
like deep heat (pain relief) is a cream we use in australia.. u rub it on the area where u have pain, it's numbs and gets rid of the pain and burns a little bit at first while it's numbing the sore area

lol panaflex never heard of that before lol I usually use deep heat or diflam gel but idk if they're available in other countries
